Job Description
Our client is hiring 2 Applied AI Engineers to help build production-grade AI systems powering operational intelligence, workflow automation, and enterprise customer experiences.
You will work directly on AI-native product infrastructure, including LLM workflows, AI agents, retrieval systems, orchestration pipelines, and scalable AI-powered product capabilities.
This is a highly visible engineering role with direct impact on the company’s product direction and long-term AI strategy.
Responsibilities
Build and ship production-grade AI workflows, agents, and LLM-powered systems that directly support enterprise customer operations, scalability, and real-world business outcomes.
Design scalable retrieval, orchestration, and AI infrastructure pipelines
Build AI-native product capabilities used by enterprise customers
Support prompt engineering, evaluation systems, and AI reliability workflows
Improve scalability, observability, and performance of AI systems in production
Help architect an AI-first infrastructure
Contribute to long-term AI product and platform strategy
Qualifications
3 to 8+ years of experience building and shipping production-grade backend, AI, or software infrastructure systems used in real-world customer environments.
Production experience building AI workflows, AI agents, or LLM-powered systems
Strong Python experience
Experience with vector databases, RAG systems, or AI orchestration frameworks
Experience building scalable backend systems and APIs
Startup mentality with strong ownership and execution focus
Interview Process

Technical deep dive/system design interview
Final 30-minute conversation with leadership and founders
